Super clean apartment in a great location - close to the city center and convenient for exploring. Carlo - the host - was incredibly helpful and provided us with valuable local insights and fantastic restaurant recommendations. The apartment was spacious - well-furnished, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend!

Views of the city: The highlight of my stay at Duchi was definitely the breathtaking views of the city. From my comfortable apartment, I felt like I had my own personal panoramic view of Palermo, like having front-seat tickets to the best show in town!
Street noise: A bit noisy in the night as bedrooms are facing the street. Otherwise nothing to complain about.

I had an amazing stay at a perfectly located apartment near the center. The apartment was spacious, tidy, and well-equipped. The kitchen had everything I needed, and I enjoyed the brewed coffee provided. The owner, Carlo, was excellent and very helpful. Although there was some traffic noise at night, it didn't bother me much. If I ever return to this city, I will definitely choose this place again. I highly recommend it.

Always stay at Duchi. Helpful staff for restaurant tips. Perfect place for me: Wi-Fi, electric kettle, cookware, air conditioning, flat-screen TV. Great activities: hiking, cycling, golf, bowling. Love outdoor dining. Welcome drink. No pets/smoking. Coming back for city trip. No regrets.

We had a great weekend at this hotel! The neighborhood was clean, quiet, and safe, which was a big plus. It was also conveniently located, with high-end shopping just a short walk away and the historic district within a 20-minute walk. The owner, Carlo, was amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. He provided homemade treats like jam, cookies, and limoncello, which were a lovely touch. The hotel also had spacious and comfortable rooms, a great patio, and remodeled bathrooms.
There weren't really any negatives during our stay. One small thing I noticed was the lack of a full-length mirror, but that's just a minor issue.

Feeling like VIP in the heart of Palermo! From the terrace at Duchi, I was treated to breathtaking views of the city skyline, making me feel like I was on top of the world. The equipped kitchen in the air-conditioned apartment was perfect for whipping up a delicious meal while enjoying the satellite flat-screen TV.
Shower water pressure needs adjustment.

The neighborhood was clean, quiet, and safe, and conveniently located near luxury shopping and historical sites. Carlo, the owner, was amazing and provided homemade treats and essentials for the kitchen. The apartment was perfect for families, with a great patio and spacious rooms. Carlo went above and beyond to accommodate us and even arranged parking. The apartment was spotlessly clean, well-stocked, and the terrace was perfect for dining. The location was excellent with plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Carlo was attentive and treated us like friends, welcoming us with homemade goodies. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with a cozy atmosphere. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were remodeled. We loved our stay and highly recommend it to others!

We had an amazing stay at the lovely period style apartment in downtown Palermo. The apartment was simply furnished but had everything we needed. The 4 bedrooms were comfortable, and 3 of them had air conditioners to keep us cool in the summer heat. The 2 bathrooms were spacious, and the rear balcony was a great spot for drying our clothes overnight. Carlo, the host, was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist us. His written English was excellent, which made communication easy. He provided us with great recommendations for restaurants, and the food at both places we tried was excellent. We couldn't have asked for a better stay!
Felt cozy, no complaints.

This apartment was a total treasure! The room was cozy and had all the comforts of home. I loved the fully equipped kitchen, perfect for whipping up a late-night snack after hitting the karaoke bar. The seating area was super relaxing, and I even caught up on my favorite shows on the flat-screen TV. So chill!
Ok, I gotta be honest, the satellite TV was a bit of a downer. But hey, that's just me.
